Warranty. All products come with a standard 30-day store warranty and corresponding manufacture warranty since we're the authorized distributor.
Benefits. The Protection Plan relieves you from the necessity of contacting manufacturers and processing associated paperwork regarding warranty claim for replacement or repairs.
Start Date. The Plan starts on the purchase date.
Coverage Term. The Plan covers 5 years hassle-free warranty claims for our smoke & carbon monoxide detector products and 1 year hassle-free warranty claims for any other products.
Shipping of Replacement Products. Shipping of replacement products to lower 48 US States is covered within 30-day of our store warranty period. Shipping cost will be assessed for products received beyond 30 days.
