Shipping Information
Do you ship internationally?
  Currently, we only ship to Brazil, Canada, Japan, and Mexico. Please note international duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and will be charged by the shipping company via C.O.D. Please check your state's/province's duty and tax fees if you are unsure of what charges will be incurred.
We only cover warranty for orders being shipped to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. We do not cover warranty for orders shipped outside of these countries. If replacement for defective items are needed for customers outside of those countries, customers will have to purchase the unit replacement and pay for the shipping.
Do you ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO/DPO address?
  Yes, we do. Order with PO BOX or APO/FPO/DPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We may charge additional shipping cost after you place the order online and notify you the cost afterwards via email or phone. You may also contact us before placing the order to get the shipping cost.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska?
  Yes, we do. Please specify the state and the zip code at the checkout to check the shipping cost.
What happen if an item is on backorder?
  There may be times when the quantity requested in unavailable or the item is on backorder. If the order is placed under this condition, customer will be notified via email the estimated lead time and the order’s fulfillment. Customer have 2 business days after receiving the email to cancel the order. After 2 business days, the order cannot be cancelled and will be shipped as scheduled.
Why did my order come in multiple packages?
 
  • Order that consist more than one item may be shipped in more than one shipments. Customer will be notified via email of such arrangement.
  • Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, at no extra cost.
When are orders processed?
  Electric Bargain Store maintains a healthy inventory of the majority of its products. We ship in-stock items within 1-4 business days after the receipt of your order (except on weekends and national holidays). Tracking info will be automatically emailed when order has been shipped.
Can I expedite my order?
  You may expedite the delivery time by choosing air shipments such as  Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2nd Day, Fedex Express Saver.
Do you include packing slip?
  All our orders are shipped with a packing slip, which will not contain any pricing information. Should you need a receipt or invoice, please refer back to your order confirmation email.
