Missing Timer	February 16, 2016

I ordered this transformer and when it arrive is missing the timer as it shows on the picture on the first page of the SPECIFICATIONS AND BROCHURE.
After talking to customer service, they told me this specific one that I ordered didnt come with the timer.
I thought it was very convinient answer, and it was no effort at all from the customer service person to help me get the product that I thought I was ordering at the time, because when I looked at the picture on the specifications it had a timer on.
Focus industries should make sure the picture on your product matches with the real product!!!
Not to happy right now!
