APPLICATION

The EV Series is a compact architectural emergency lighting unit designed for ease of installation, reliable operation, and optimized path of egress spacing
The special lens achieves 50’ multiple unit spacing when applied at 7.5’, making the EV unit a great selection for long hall-ways like those in conference centers, hotels, and large open spaces
The EV Series includes a micro-controlled pulse charger and long-life Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery
The EV accepts 120/277VAC input at 60 Hz

CONSTRUCTION

The EV Series housing, back-plate and lamp-heads are made from durable injection molded thermoplastic
LED lens are made of acrylic

INSTALLATION

Universal mounting template molded in the back plate aids in quick installation
Unit mounts to all single gang and standard 3 1/2” and 4” square or octagonal electrical boxes
Conduit entry through a molded-in knock-out at the top center
Pre-stripped AC input leads provided
Unit is designed for wall mount only

ILLUMINATION

The EV Series provides bright and uniform illumination to achieve greater than 50’ spacing when applied at 7.5’
This is achieved by high power LED’s and special wide area lenses that provide a superior path of egress
Lamp-heads are adjustable based on mounting height, and have an optimized angle to maximize spacing
